You’re playful thoughtful and a little bit magical.

At Happy Gym, we’re creating a space where little movers and shakers build confidence, feel safe, and have a whole lot of fun doing it.

And we’re looking for the kind of humans who make that possible.

We’re currently hiring for a few different roles on our team. If you love working with young children and care deeply about the environment you create for them, we’d love to hear from you.

This isn’t just about teaching gymnastics.

At Happy Gym, we care deeply about early childhood.

It’s about how a child feels when they walk into the room.

It’s about noticing the shy one hanging back.

It’s about celebrating the bold ones without losing the quiet ones.We move with intention.

We create structure that feels like play.

And we show up fully for the kids and for each other.

You won’t be doing this alone.

We’re a team that supports, communicates, and grows together.

Open Positions at Happy Gym

We’re currently hiring for the following roles.

Gymnastics Coach

Are you joyful, energetic, and playful with a love for tiny tumblers? A former gymnast that misses the gym?

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to sprinkle a bit of your magic into the lives of kids as Happy Gym’s next Preschool Gymnastics Coach!

We are looking for morning, afternoon and weekend coaches for our parent assisted toddler classes, preschool classes and school age classes.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead With Intention: Coach engaging, developmentally appropriate gymnastics classes for toddlers, preschoolers, and young children.
  • Build Big Confidence: Help each child feel proud of their progress—celebrating gymnastics milestones, effort, and independence.
  • Communicate with Care: Maintain positive, open communication with parents and caregivers, sharing each child’s growth and achievements.

You’ll create an environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to try new skills!

No gymnastics experience is required (but it's a BIG bonus if you have it!)— just the right energy, care, and willingness to learn.

You’ll feel right at home if you are:

  • Playful and naturally energetic
  • Thoughtful with kids and able to read the room
  • Reliable and take your role seriously
  • Calm under pressure and able to stay present
  • A team player who genuinely enjoys being around people
